έλα κοντά μας φίλε να τα πιεις
κι απ’ τα ωραία μας θα τρελαθείς.

Έλα να νιώσεις πώς είν’ η ζωή
κι όλα τα ωραία μέχρι το πρωί.

Κάτσε και γλέντησε με μας,
σεκλέτια διώχνει ο μπαγλαμάς...

Το ξέρω ότι δεν έχει λέξη από το πρώτο τραγούδι, αλλά είναι από τα πολύ αγαπημένα μου κομμάτια, με εξαιρετικό στίχο, και πρέπει να μπει

I've long since retired, my son's moved away
